In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent as listed below. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity from claims of infringement under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To file a valid infringement claim, the following information must be provided:

- A signature by the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Location of the infringing material along with the URL of the page in question;
- Contact information of the complainant, including name, address, email, phone, and fax number;
- A statement of good faith belief that the material is being used without authorization;
- A statement asserting the accuracy of the information provided and the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for knowingly misrepresenting information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3), including costs and attorney fees.
To submit takedown notices, use the Contact page or email for rapid response.
Do note that we may disclose the identity and details in any copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By filing a claim, you acknowledge and agree to this.
